Multiple Myeloma is an incurable but treatable cancer of the plasma cell, a type of white blood cell.
Many Calgarians and Albertans are living with this disease...all monies raised will stay in Alberta to help fund research which will benefit not only Alberta Myeloma Warriors but Myeloma Warriors all over Canada and the world.
We have great prizes for the 3 top pledge earners...which include two 2010 Olympic Hockey sticks autograghed by the Men's and Women's team...also medals for the top 3 runners...and lots of other door prizes.
